Do I Need To Be Shape to Participate?
Absolutely Not! - Thats what we're here for! Campers can represent a diverse fitness background and experiences from the runner to the couch potatoes to new moms trying to get back into shape. Our fitness programs are designed to cater to all fitness levels.

What Kind of Results Can I Expect?
Many campers notice a difference in how they look and feel in as little as two weeks. However every body is different, campers can expect to lose inches, burn fat and build lean muscle. There are numerous success stories from people who through the Mind & Muscle Fitness program experienced 40-50lbs of weight loss, 15% loss in body fat, improvements in endurance, and overall strength.

What If I Cannot Perform A Certain Exercise?
Almost all exercises can be modified to low-impact alternatives to strengthen your body so that you will be able to condition the weaker areas.

What Should I Bring And Wear?
All you need to bring is 5-10lbs (women) / 15-20lbs (men) weights, a mat, water, motivation and a positive attitude. Clothing should be comfortable and breathable to keep the body cool and allow full range of motion during exercises.

What Will We Be Doing?
During our sessions you could be using anything from your own body weight, Kettlebells, Jump Ropes, Heavy Ropes, Sandbags, Medicine Balls, playing games and more in creative combinations with workouts "against the clock" and you competing against your previous best reps, rounds, and times.
